TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rates: Subject to change without notice.
Minimum Rental: Many items require a minimum 4 hours or full day.
4 Hour Rentals: 4 hours during store hours or weekdays out after 4:00 P.M. and returned by 8:30 A.M. next day.
Daily Rentals: 24 hours - except large equipment (Max 8 hours use).
Weekly (5 day) Rentals: 5 consecutive days - (Max 28 hours use).
Weekly (7 day) Rentals: 7 consecutive days - (Max 40 hours use).
Weekend Rentals: Friday 4:00 P.M. - Monday 8:30 A.M. - 2 day charge. Saturday 1:00 P.M. - Monday 8:30 A.M. - 1-1/2 day charge. Saturday A.M. to Saturday 4:30 P.M. - 1 day charge. Saturday 4:00 P.M. - Monday 8:30 A.M. - 1 day charge.

Terms: Rentals are payable in advance. Commercial customers are encouraged to open charge accounts.
Deposits: Many items require a deposit in addition to the rental.
Add'l. Charges: No damage waiver license, sales or use taxes are included in quoted rental rates.
2 Shift Charges: 1-1/2 times day rate.
3 Shift Charges: 2 times day rate. All rentals begin at the time equipment leaves our yard and ends when returned. Rates do not include transportation by Wilson Rental Center, Inc.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance: Normal daily & periodic servicing, including changing oil, grease, and filters.
Repairs: All damage to machine due to unusual wear or misuse including damage to tires, buckets, teeth, trailers, etc.
Fuel: All equipment leaves our yards full of fuel, customers will be charged to refill upon return.
Condition: All equipment to be returned reasonably clean and in same condition less normal usage.
Returns: The customer is completely responsible for all rental equipment until it is returned to the rental yard and issued a return receipt.
